A one (1) year limited hardware warranty is given for defective products to the original purchaser for a period of twelve (12) months from the original purchase date.*
In the unlikely event you experience any problems with your Octobo, please contact Customer Support at help@playoctobo.com. If the support team is unable to solve the issue, they will provide instructions regarding how to have your Octobo serviced if it is under warranty.
We will replace merchandise that has been tested and found to be defective if we are notified of the potential defect and you have made an attempt to troubleshoot with our customer service team. You must return the defective item back to Thinker-Tinker in its original packaging with all the accessories in order for the replacement to be issued.
Shipping charges or taxes may apply.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting in abnormal, abusive, incorrect use, negligence and/or accidents from non-observance of product guidelines.
Thinker-Tinker, Inc. reserves the right of refusal, repair, replacement, or refund.
For product returns, a copy of the original invoice, bill or receipt is required along with your full address and contact information.
